Shipping

We now offer Standard shipping services and all orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Ohio. 

Delivery times including processing are currently averaging (last 30 days):
Zone 1-3 = 2 days
Zone 4 (East Coast) = 3 days
Zones 5-7 = 4 days
Zone 8 (West Coast) = 5 days

Our preferred shipping service is GroundAdvantage via USPS. 

These are estimated delivery times based on actual average performance, but there are instances where it can take longer, so please leave 2-3 additional days before contacting us regarding shipping times.

Our Free Shipping thresholds are: 
Zones 1-3: Over $85
Zones 4-8: Over $100

Our shipping pricing is broken into 8 zones, each State is within a zone, and the pricing for each zone depends on the order value (before any discounts are applied).

We do not ship to PO boxes.
    International Shipping outside USA:
    You are on the VOITED.com US website that only ships to within the United States. For international orders, please visit our EU website or our UK website.
    Damaged Shipments
    We vetted our carriers to provide the best possible shipping and customer care; however, occasional issues do arise. If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to customercare@voited.com.

    We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. Voited guarantees its products to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the reasonable lifetime of the product. Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear. If your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion.
    Currency
    Voited.com prices can be displayed in a variety of currencies, but the following will apply:
    USA Orders
    Orders will be transacted in US Dollars by your credit card company upon completion of your purchase, and then converted to your local currency. Non-US Dollar order totals shown during checkout are only estimates of the final amount based on recent currency conversion rates to US Dollars and exclude any taxes, duties, levies or tariffs that may be imposed.
