US Shipping Information

At VOITED, we are pleased to offer USPS shipping to our US customers, with free shipping for all orders over $110. All orders are dispatched from our European warehouse and we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you efficiently and securely.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Our average delivery time, including processing, is approximately 10 business days. We primarily ship through USPS Ground Advantage for US orders. 

While we'll do our very best to meet this timeframe, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control. Therefore, we kindly ask that you allow an additional 2-3 business days before reaching out to us regarding your order status.

Important Information on Import Tax

For US customers, your order may still be subject to local state sales tax, as with all purchases in the US, which you will need to cover yourself.

You are on the VOITED.com US website that only ships to within the United States. For international orders, please visit our EU website or our UK website.

Damaged Shipments

We vetted our carriers to provide the best possible shipping and customer care; however, occasional issues do arise. If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to customercare@voited.com.

VOITED guarantees its products to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the reasonable lifetime of the product. Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear. If your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion.

VOITED.com prices can be displayed in a variety of currencies, but the following will apply:

USA Orders

Orders will be transacted in US Dollars by your credit card company upon completion of your purchase, and then converted to your local currency. Non-US Dollar order totals shown during checkout are only estimates of the final amount based on recent currency conversion rates to US Dollars and exclude any taxes, duties, levies or tariffs that may be imposed.
